My QR code/lot number is damaged and cannot be recognized.

If the QR code or serial number is unclear or has peeled off, making identification difficult, we will issue a new QR code.


  • A full photo of the front of the GRANBOARD
  • A full photo of the back of the GRANBOARD
  • A photo of the receipt or a screenshot of the purchase history showing the purchase date


Please prepare the above three items and contact Customer Support.
