If you are unable to use voice chat during online play, please check the following.
Please check your audio output settings
On Android devices, voice chat is only available when the audio output setting is set to "Device" or other output. It is not available when using HDMI output, screen casting, or Bluetooth speakers.

Is your microphone turned on?
Please check if the microphone is turned on in the online play settings.
Is the opponent's microphone volume too low?
You can adjust the opponent's microphone volume in the online play settings.
