If you are unable to use voice chat during online play, please check the following.
Please check your audio output settings
On iOS devices, voice chat is only available when the audio output setting is set to "Device" or "HDMI". It is not available when using screen mirroring or Bluetooth speakers.

Is your microphone turned on?
Please check whether the microphone is turned on in the online play settings.
Is the opponent's microphone volume too low?
You can adjust the opponent's microphone volume in the online play settings.
