We have identified an issue affecting Android users where the balance of purchased coins is not being correctly reflected in the app.

We apologize for the inconvenience and trouble this may have caused.

Details of the Issue

After making an in-app purchase, the payment is completed but the coins are not reflected in the balance.

Thursday, May 9 02:37AM — Monday, May 13 03:30AM (UTC)

  • GranBoard App
  • GranPlayer App

Cause of the Issue

The issue was caused by a system error during the retrieval of in-app purchase information from the Google Play Store.

This issue has been resolved, and the function is now operating normally. We sincerely apologize to the affected customers.

Support for Affected Customers

If you made a purchase during the specified period and your coins have not been reflected, please contact customer support with the following information.

Upon verification, we will manually add the coins to your account.

  • GRAN ID
  • Google Play Store transaction number
