Important Notice|In-App Purchase Issue
Thank you for always using GRANBOARD.
Between January 16, 2025, at around 10:00 PM and January 21, 7:00 PM (JST), an issue occurred on Android devices where in-app purchased coins were not correctly reflected in the balance.
[Important] This issue has already been resolved, and purchases made after January 21 at 7:00 PM are now properly reflected in the app.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our users.
Details of the Issue
After making an in-app purchase, the payment was completed, but the coin balance was not updated.
Affected Period
From around 10:00 PM on January 16, 2025, to around 7:00 PM on January 21, 2025

- GranBoard App
- GranPlayer App
Cause
A system error occurred when retrieving in-app purchase information from the Google Play Store.
[Important] This issue has already been resolved, and purchases made after January 21 at 7:00 PM are now properly reflected in the app.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused.
If you purchased coins during the above period and they were not reflected in the app, please contact customer support using the information below.
Support for Affected Users
If you made a purchase during the affected period but the coins were not reflected, please contact customer support with the following information.
We will manually add the coins to your account after verifying the information.
- GRAN ID
- Google Play Store transaction number

- Open the Play Store
- Tap your "Account Icon" at the top right
- Tap "Payments & subscriptions"
- Tap "Budget & history"
- Tap the order history that was not reflected
- Tap "View"
- Take a screenshot of the purchase history details screen
