No QR code found on the GranBoard

If your GRANBOARD does not have a QR code but has a serial number, please use the QR Support Service.

Simply upload a photo of the serial number, and you will receive a new QR code immediately.

How to Use the QR Support Service

01Log in to the QR Support Service

  1. Access the QR Support Service
  2. Log in with your GranBoard app account

02Select the Inquiry Type and Upload the Image

  1. Select “Issue a New QR Code”
  2. Upload the photo of the serial number
  3. After confirming the uploaded image, tap the Send button

03Save the Issued QR Code Image

  1. Upon successful upload, a QR code will be generated based on the serial number
  2. Save the QR code to your smartphone or tablet’s photo folder by clicking the Download button
  3. Return to the QR code authentication screen on the GranBoard app, and complete the authentication by selecting “Read from Image” with the downloaded QR code
