Each GRANBOARD is allotted 1 unique QR code, and the QR code is capable to register up to 4 accounts.
You may reset the QR code from the following website by uploading an image of your QR code.
Please take advantage of it as you can reset the QR code without waiting for our response.

Notes
- Resetting the QR code will remove all authenticated accounts' online play authentication.
To use online services, please re-authenticate your accounts from the "ONLINE PLAY" section on the app's main page. - Please note that once the QR code is reset, it cannot be reset again for the next three months.
