How to Reset the Camera to Reconfigure Wi-Fi Settings

If GRAN EYE cannot connect to Wi-Fi or if you want to scan a new QR code, you need to reset the camera’s Wi-Fi settings before reconfiguring it.

This FAQ explains how to reset your GRAN EYE camera.

How to Reset the Camera's Wi-Fi Settings

01 Press and hold the reset button on the back of the camera

1. Locate the small reset button about 5cm below the camera lens.
2. Press and hold it for more than 5 seconds using a thin tool.

02 Release when the red LED flashes rapidly

1. When the LED turns into fast red blinking, release the button.
2. The camera will reboot automatically.

03 The red blinking LED confirms reset is complete

1. When the LED is blinking red again, the Wi-Fi reset is complete.
2. Please scan the QR code again to configure the Wi-Fi settings.
