Freeze at the application startup screen (does not proceed from loading)

It has been confirmed that after a period of inactivity or immediately following an app update, the app may freeze on the logo screen or loading screen during startup.

In such cases, clearing the app data stored on your device can resolve the issue. If you experience this issue, please follow the steps below to clear the data.

After clearing the data, you will need to log in to the app again.

Clearing the app data stored on your device will only delete login information at startup. Your account and gameplay data will not be deleted, please rest assured.

Steps to Clear Data

iOS / iPadOS Users

For iOS / iPadOS, you can clear the data by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

  1. Uninstall the app
  2. Reinstall the app from the App Store

Android OS Users

For Android OS, deleting and reinstalling the app will not clear the data. You need to clear the data through the device settings.

  1. Open your device's settings
  2. Tap 【Apps】
  3. Tap 【GranBoard】
  4. Tap 【Storage】
  5. Tap Clear Data

For Android OS, the wording in the settings may vary depending on the device manufacturer. If you are unsure about the procedure, please contact your device manufacturer.
