[GranBoard App] How to Fix “Not Supported” Message in Google Play Store

On some Android devices, when trying to install the GranBoard App from the Google Play Store,
you may see the message: “Your device is not compatible with this version.”

This issue may occur even if your OS version and device specifications meet the recommended requirements,
as it is caused by Google Play Store’s compatibility judgment.
Therefore, it cannot be directly resolved on our side.
As an alternative, we recommend installing via the DeployGate app.

Solution (Install via DeployGate)

01Install the “DeployGate” App

  1. Search for “DeployGate” in the Google Play Store and install the app.
  2. DeployGate (Google Play)

02Install GranBoard App via DeployGate

  1. Open the link below on your Android device and tap the [Install] button that appears.
  2. GranBoard App (DeployGate)
  3. The DeployGate app will automatically launch.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

03Confirm Installation

  1. Once the “GranBoard App” icon appears on your home screen, installation is complete.
  2. You can now use the app as usual.

Notes

・On some Android devices, the app may still run unstably even after installation.
・If possible, we recommend using a device that meets the recommended specifications, such as the Google Pixel series.
・If you have any questions about the steps, please contact our support team.

This issue is caused by compatibility judgment specific to Android devices, not by a bug in the app.
We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask you to use the above method as a workaround.
