If the LEDs on your GRANBOARD are not lighting up, please follow the steps below.
Using AA batteries:
When powering the GRANBOARD with AA batteries, the LEDs will not light up. To use the LEDs, a USB power supply is required. Please first check if you are using a USB power supply.
Using a USB power supply:
If you are using a USB power supply and the LEDs are not lighting up properly or not lighting up at all, please refer to the FAQ we have provided. Click here for details
If the above methods do not resolve the issue:
If the LEDs do not light up at all even when using USB power, please contact customer support and provide the following information.
- A photo showing the output rating on your USB adapter
- A document confirming the purchase date, such as a photo of the receipt or a screenshot of your online purchase history
- A video showing the LEDs not lighting up on the GRANBOARD (if possible)
