If the LED continues to light up in rainbow colors during the game or remains lit even after starting the game, there are two possible reasons:
The two possible reasons for this problem are:
- Using both AA batteries and USB power simultaneously
- Insufficient amperage of the USB power adapter
1. Using both AA batteries and USB power simultaneously
If you are using AA batteries, please remove them and check if the device operates normally with only USB power.
Using both power sources simultaneously may cause issues with LED lighting and Bluetooth connection.
2. Insufficient amperage of the USB power adapter
To use the LED function of GRANBOARD 3/3s/132, you need a USB adapter with an output of at least 1.5A (2.4A or more is recommended).
Insufficient power may affect the LED function and Bluetooth connection. Even if the USB power adapter has a maximum output of 2.4A, if you use an adapter with multiple USB ports and charge a smartphone/tablet while powering the GRANBOARD, the amperage may be divided, resulting in low voltage and causing this issue.
For example, if you use a USB adapter with a maximum output of 2.4A and two ports, each port will output 1.2A when both ports are used.
