Modified on Fri, Sep 27 at 2:49 PM

If there is an LED malfunction in the touch sensor area, there may be interference affecting the touch sensor.

  1. Noise from the power cable
  2. Using third-party LED ring lights or similar lighting equipment
  3. Physical objects in contact with the touch sensor area

1. Noise from the power cable

Try switching the USB adapter or USB cable to see if the issue improves.

2. Using third-party LED ring lights or similar lighting equipment

Unplug the lighting equipment and check if the issue improves.

3. Physical objects in contact with the touch sensor area

Remove any decorations and check if the issue improves.

If you have checked the above and the issue persists, there may be a malfunction in the PCB unit.

Please refer to the GRANBOARD3s / 132 warranty information and contact customer support.
