If you checked pairing in step [1] and found no issues, but the darts still do not trigger any response, the Echo Unit (ECHO) may not be detecting signals properly.
In this case, please run the “Echo Test” to check whether the sensor is responding.
Steps for the Echo Test
- Open the menu
- Go to Device Setting → GranEye → Advanced Setting → Base Unit
- Turn Echo Test Mode ON
Running the Test and How to Judge Results
While in test mode, lightly tap the Echo Unit with your finger and check if a response is shown in the app.
If a response is detected, the Base Unit’s power LED will flash yellow.
If there is a response (yellow LED lights up)
The Echo Unit itself is working normally.
Please double-check the installation (ensure it is firmly attached to the back of the dartboard).
If there is no response (yellow LED does not light up)
The Echo Unit is not detecting signals.
If checking the installation does not resolve the issue, the Echo Unit may be faulty. Please contact Support.
