My GranBoard is recording a specific score by itself.

If scores are automatically registered in the app without throwing darts, there are two possible causes:

1. The segment is stuck
2. The sensor sheet is damaged

1. The segment is stuck

The most common cause is a condition called "sticking," where a specific segment gets pressed in and stuck in the frame, causing continuous reactions.

Is the segment causing continuous reactions pushed significantly deeper than other segments?

If so, you can resolve this by gently inserting a dart into the segment and moving it lightly left and right.

2. The sensor sheet is damaged

If checking "1. The segment is stuck" does not resolve the issue, the sensor sheet may be damaged or broken.

Please refer to the video below to open the back cover of the board and check the condition of the sensor sheet.

If the sensor sheet shows damage as seen in the reference image, it will need to be replaced.

***For GRANBOARD dash***

GRANBOARD dash does not support self-maintenance. Please do not disassemble it and contact customer support instead.
