Scoring errors might be occurring due to damage to a sensor matrix.
Would you please open the backboard and check the sensor matrix if there are any dents on it? (see image reference)

If you find any damage to the sensor matrix, please attach a picture of that part. As well as the receipt of purchase to confirm the warranty period via the link below.
