My GranBoard is recording a specific score by itself.

Modified on Wed, Jul 10 at 12:28 PM

If the app is registering scores even though you haven't thrown any darts, there are two possible causes.

  1. The segment is stuck
  2. The sensor sheet is damaged

1. The segment is stuck

The most common cause of the same number continuing to respond is a phenomenon called "stuck," where a particular segment is pressed in and stuck in the frame, causing continuous responses.

Is the segment of the continuously responding number pressed in much deeper compared to other segments? If so, you can resolve this by inserting a dart into the segment and gently moving it left and right.

2. The sensor sheet is damaged

If checking "1. The segment is stuck" does not resolve the issue, the sensor sheet may be damaged/broken.

***For GRANBOARD 1 / 2 / 3 / 3s / 132***

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refer to the video in the link below to open the back cover of the board and check the condition of the sensor sheet.

If there is damage like the reference image on the sensor sheet, it needs to be replaced.

***For GRANBOARD dash***

Since GRANBOARD dash is not designed for self-maintenance, please do not disassemble it. Contact customer support for assistance.
