We assume that your bullseye segment is not properly set into place.
Because of its round shape, the bullseye has a small protrusion on it to prevent from rotating. If this protrusion is not installed properly (facing towards number 20 is correct position), the segment will continue to rotate, causing the GRANBOARD not to register the hit.
In order to solve this problem, we advise you to open the GRANBOARD from the back and inspect if the segment is installed properly in place.
