LED not lighting up past a certain number in a clockwise direction starting from 7.

If the LEDs stop lighting up from a certain number onwards up to 19, the cause is likely to be damage to the LEDs inside the board. In this case, the LEDs can be replaced to resolve the problem.



To proceed to the warranty claiming process, we will need proof of purchase from customer to confirm the warranty validity of their GranBoard.

Please send us a copy of your purchase receipt.


To those customer who could not provide proof of purchase or their GranBoard's warranty has expired, we suggest them to purchase needed replacement parts from dealer closest to their location.
