Unable to connect after launching the GranBoard app.

If the Bluetooth connection between the board and the app is not working properly, please try the following:


1: Are all app permissions granted?

Please grant all access permissions to the GRANBOARD app from your device settings.


2: Clear Bluetooth cache

The Bluetooth cache may be causing issues. Please clear the cache using the following steps:

  • Disable and re-enable Bluetooth in the settings of your iOS device
  • Restart your device
  • Uninstall and reinstall the GRANBOARD app


3: Are you using both USB power and AA batteries at the same time?

Using two different power sources simultaneously may cause malfunctions. Please remove one of them and check if the connection works properly.

Note: To use the LED effects of GRANBOARD 3, 3s, and 132, power it via USB and remove the AA batteries.


4: Is the output of your USB adapter less than 5V/1.5A?

Please check the output specifications of your USB adapter.

If it is less than 5V/1.5A, the insufficient amperage may cause issues with the Bluetooth connection.

Please check the "OUTPUT" section on the adapter itself, as shown in the reference image.

Also, please be careful not to use an adapter that supplies more than 5V, as overvoltage can damage the LED and cause it to malfunction.
