Connection between board and app keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

Modified on Fri, Sep 27 at 5:52 PM

If the Bluetooth connection repeatedly disconnects and reconnects during gameplay, or if the connection is lost when a dart hits the board, please check your power supply.

1: Could be weakening of batteries.

If you are using AA batteries as the power source, extremely depleted batteries can cause the Bluetooth connection to be unstable even if the power is on. Please try replacing the AA batteries. Additionally, rechargeable AA batteries that are old may also cause similar symptoms even if fully charged.

2: Are you using USB power and AA batteries simultaneously?

Using two different power sources simultaneously may cause the device to malfunction. Please remove one power source and check if the connection and operation return to normal.

Note: To use the LED effects on GRANBOARD 3, 3s, or 132, power the board with USB only and please remove the AA batteries.

3: Is your USB adapter output below 5 volts/1.5 amps?

Please check the specifications of your USB adapter. If the output is below 5V1.5A, insufficient amperage may cause issues with the Bluetooth connection. Check the "OUTPUT" section on the adapter body for the performance details, as shown in the reference image. Also, using adapters that can supply power other than 5V may damage the LEDs due to overvoltage and cause them to malfunction.
