If you are having trouble connecting the board and app via Bluetooth, please try the following:
1: Have you granted all the necessary permissions for the app?
From your device settings, please allow all permissions for the GRANBOARD app.
You can check how to confirm permissions at the following URL:

2: Is your device's location service turned on? *Only for Android OS11 or below
The GranBoard app uses a Bluetooth auto-connect feature.
If you are using Android OS11 or below, location services must be turned on for this feature to work.
You can check how to set location services at the following URL:
https://support.google.com/android/answer/9431959?hl=en&sjid=8370551782359421249-AP
3: Clear the Bluetooth cache
The Bluetooth cache might be causing issues. Please clear the cache using the following steps:
- Disable Bluetooth in settings, then enable it again
- Restart your device
- Uninstall and reinstall the GRANBOARD app
4: Are you using both USB power and AA batteries at the same time?
Using two different power sources simultaneously may cause malfunction. Please remove one and check if the connection works properly.
Note: To use the LED effects on GRANBOARD3, 3s, and 132, please power the board with USB and remove the AA batteries.
5: Is the output of your USB adapter below 5V/1.5A?
Please check the specifications of your USB adapter.
If it is below 5V/1.5A, the insufficient amperage can cause issues with Bluetooth connection.
The performance of your USB adapter is indicated on the body of the adapter itself, as shown in the reference image under "OUTPUT".
Also, if you are using an adapter that can provide more than 5V, the over voltage may damage the LED, causing it to malfunction, so please be careful.
