The dart's tip is broken and cannot be removed.

If a broken dart tip remains in the segment hole, please use pliers or similar tools to remove it.

If the dart tip is embedded in the hole and cannot be removed, you can disassemble the board to take out the segment. Use a dart tip remover or, as shown in the image, push the dart tip out from the back of the segment.


Do not forcefully push with a dart tip remover or sharp object without removing the segment from GRANBOARD, as this may damage the sensor sheet.


Additionally, GRANBOARD dash is not designed for disassembly maintenance, so please be very careful when removing the board surface. If sensor disconnection or other malfunctions occur during disassembly, It will not be covered under the product warranty.
