An error is displayed during login and could not log in.

Due to some reasons, it seems that an internal error has occurred in the application.We apologize for the inconvenience, but could you please try the following steps?


For iOS:

  1. Delete the GranPlayer App
  2. Reinstall GranPlayer from the App Store
  3. Log in with your registered email address and password


For Android:

  1. Clear storage of the GranPlayer app (refer to the attached image)
  2. Force stop the GranPlayer app
  3. Clear app data or storage (please refer to the attached image for the steps)
    *Clearing storage will not delete your account.
  4. Log in with your registered email address and password
