In online play, you can block disruptive players who engage in inappropriate behavior, cheating, or send inappropriate messages via the messaging feature on the GranPlayer app. Enhance your future gaming experience.
Please note that once you block a player, you cannot unblock them.

If you haven’t installed GranPlayer yet, please download it from the links below.
After installing GranPlayer, log in using the same email and password as your GranBoard app account.
Blocking Procedure
Blocking from Player Search
01Open the target player's profile from the player search
02Block from the menu button at the top right of the profile screen
Blocking is complete. You will no longer receive match requests or messages from the blocked player.
Blocking from Match History
01Open the target match from the history
02Open the player profile from the opponent’s icon
03Block from the menu button at the top right of the profile screen
Blocking is complete. You will no longer receive match requests or messages from the blocked player.
