Reporting players who play unfairly/ speak or act inappropriately

If you encounter inappropriate speech/behavior during an online video call or in a GranPlayer message, please capture screenshots or screen-recorded videos of the incident and report it through the "Player Report Form".

We will review the reported user internally within the company.

We cannot respond individually regarding the results of our review. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that if the report is confirmed to be false, or if it appears that inappropriate speech was induced, or that the report was made with the intent to deceive, the reporter themselves may become subject to punishment.

To prevent re-encounters with unpleasant users

You can block unsatisfactory opponents within the GranPlayer app. We hope this will contribute to your future enjoyable gameplay.
