GRAN EYE sends camera images to the app via Wi-Fi.
Depending on your Wi-Fi environment, scores may be displayed with a delay or judged as “0 / 0 / 0.”
This page highlights points to review in order to ensure stable performance.

Points to Review in Your Environment

01 Check the distance to the router

We recommend keeping GRAN EYE and the Wi-Fi router in the same room within 5 meters.
If there are walls, furniture, or other obstructions, please adjust the installation position.

02 Avoid peak usage times

Communication may slow down during busy hours, such as at night.

03 Reduce the number of connected devices

If too many devices are connected to the same router, communication may slow down.
If possible, add an access point to help distribute the load.

04 Limit high-load apps

While using GRAN EYE, avoid video streaming, online gaming, or streaming to external monitors on other devices.

05 Try USB (OTG adapter) connection (Android only)

This allows a stable connection without relying on Wi-Fi.
