About the Rematch Feature

During a tournament, matches may become unplayable due to network or device errors. When such issues arise, the organizer can use the match card editing feature to rematch the affected matches.

Examples of Situations Requiring a Rematch

• Match progression issues due to network errors
• Progression issues preventing the next LEG from starting
• Inability to resume the game due to other errors, etc.

Steps for a Rematch

01Open the Bracket

02Select the Problematic Match Card

03Tap the Edit Button

04Tap the "Rematch" Button

05Tap "OK"

Once these steps are completed, a rematch notification will be sent to both players, and the match card in question can be restarted from the beginning.
