GranBoard 132 Firmware Update
If you are using the GRANBOARD132 and the OUT or score does not respond, a forced firmware update may resolve the issue.
You can update the firmware by following the steps below.
01Install the nRF Device Firmware Update App
Download and install the nRF Device Firmware Update App from the store.
02Download the Firmware File
Once the app is installed, tap the "DOWNLOAD" button to download the firmware update file to the same device as the app.
Download file name: GB8102.zip
- Tap the "DOWNLOAD" button.
- Once your browser opens, proceed with the download.
Important: Be sure to save the file to a designated folder on your device.
03Start GRANBOARD132 in Firmware Update Mode
- Press and hold the button next to the USB port while turning on the power.
- If the LED does not light up after turning on the power, the device is in firmware update mode.
04Execute the Firmware Update
- Launch the nRF Device Firmware Update App (DFU App).
- Tap "Select" next to File.
- Select the GB8102.zip file downloaded in step 02.
- Tap "Select" next to File.
- Tap "Select" next to Device.
- Tap "GB8_DFU".
- Tap the "Start" button.
- Once the progress bar reaches "Completed," the update is finished.
- The board will automatically restart, and the LED will light up.
After the Update is Complete
Launch the GranBoard App, start your favorite game, and check if the device is functioning properly.
